Chongae (Sarah) Oh provides administrative support to faculty members, students, and research engineers to help ensure efficient operation in the Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering. She received a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University, with a concentration in Voice Performance, after transferring from the Kyungpook National University School of Business in South Korea. For many years, her career was focused on musical performance and education. She performed concerts for the community at various locations in Georgia and served as the operational manager for the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Sarah worked in several financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase as a licensed banker. Over the last couple of decades, she has spent time as a freelance interpreter, legal secretary, and real estate agent while raising two beautiful children (one a recent Georgia Tech School of Computing graduate) with her husband.
